Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our small clinic. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be someone eager to grow with us, go the extra mile, and handle various administrative and communication tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients upon arrival, providing excellent customer service. Manage client communication, including scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries. Handle phone communication promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed. Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office to prepare documents, schedules, and reports. Demonstrate technical proficiency and computer literacy to efficiently operate office equipment and software. Support administrative tasks related to office operations, including data entry and filing. Collaborate with team members to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. Skills Strong client communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Excellent phone etiquette and professional verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in productivity software, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Technical proficiency with computers and office equipment. Computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software or tools. Previous office or front desk experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to go the extra mile for clients and team members while maintaining a positive attitude. Willingness to grow within a small clinic environment and take on additional responsibilities over time.
