Receptionist duties inclusive of appointment scheduling, customer service, product sales, phone calls, etc... High school degree required Neat, professional appearance Pleasant speaking voice and demeanor Type 40 WPM Good spelling Experience with an Electronic Health Record, preferred Two years of experience in a clinical setting preferred Excellent communication skills Working knowledge of insurance preferred Previous customer service experience required Aesthetic experience preferred Retail experience required Inventory experience preferred
