Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist Fayetteville, AR $15/Hour Our client is seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join their team in Fayetteville, AR. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and handling a variety of administrative and customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and incoming calls while also assisting with wholesale route accounting and other office support duties. The ideal candidate for the Front Desk Receptionist role will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently. This position requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining professionalism while managing daily office operations. The Front Desk Receptionist will work closely with office staff and management to help ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
Schedule:
Monday through
Friday:
8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Occasional Saturdays:
8:00 AM until completion (typically 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM) When working Saturday, employees will receive either Tuesday or Thursday off during the week
Job Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Greet customers, visitors, and vendors entering the office Provide excellent customer service while assisting with questions and requests Assist with wholesale route accounting and related administrative tasks Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation Perform data entry and basic office support duties Support daily office operations and assist team members as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal staff Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and data entry skills required Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with accounting-related tasks #IND2
