Job Description
Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a polished, customer-focused Receptionist to join a well-known property management company in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for an organized professional who enjoys serving as the first point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and visitors while keeping a busy office running smoothly. Position Overview The Receptionist will create a welcoming, responsive experience for everyone who contacts or visits the office. This person will manage a high volume of incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, support administrative operations, and assist with property-management-related communications and documentation. This role is ideal for someone with strong professionalism, a helpful demeanor, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet residents, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls; take detailed messages and provide accurate basic information Respond to general inquiries by phone, email, and in person, escalating maintenance, leasing, resident, and vendor concerns to the appropriate team member Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front-desk and reception area Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, packages, and incoming correspondence Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and preparation of routine correspondence and office documents Support leasing, property management, maintenance, and accounting teams with administrative projects as needed Help schedule appointments, coordinate visitor access, and maintain calendars or meeting spaces Track office supplies and assist with ordering and inventory needs Handle confidential resident, company, and financial information with discretion Represent the company with a courteous, service-oriented attitude at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or customer-service experience is strongly preferred Previous receptionist, front-desk, administrative assistant, leasing office, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred Professional phone presence and strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, interruptions, and a steady flow of calls and visitors Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through Comfortable learning property management software and internal office systems A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently Prior experience in property management, real estate, multifamily housing, or a service-based office environment is a plus, but not required For more information, please apply directly or reach out to Sam Swensen at sam.swensen@arkansastalentgroup.com Arkansas Talent Group is an Executive Permanent Placement Recruitment Firm, all considerations will be held confidential.
