Job Description

We are seeking for a professional, welcoming, organized Bilingual Front Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clinic. In this role, you will manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, and provide exceptional administrative support in both English and Spanish . The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a warm, professional customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all patients and visitors promptly and warmly upon arrival in both English and Spanish. Check-in patients, verify appointment details, and notify relevant team members.
Manage multi-line phone system:
screen, answer, and route incoming calls, take detailed messages, or transfer to appropriate staff. Maintain a neat, professional, and welcoming reception area and lobby. Assist with filing out paperwork in patient charts Reschedule and confirm appointments or consultations via phone, email, or client portals. Assist with basic invoicing, payment processing, or daily cash balancing as needed. Assistance with transitioning children from therapy to parents Monitoring children who are waiting for parent pickup Bilingual assistance in patient evaluations where the family speaks solely Spanish Your education is not as important as your dependability, warmth, skill in Spanish-English translation & documentation, and professionalism!
Hourly rate:
$16/hr with Office Bonus opportunities
Hours:
Monday through Thursday 9:30am -6:30 pm and Friday 8:45am-5:45pm
