This position requires excellent skills in organization, multi-tasking, time management, typing, and basic computer skills, including general internet navigation, and programs such as Email, Word, and Excel. Experience with scheduling appointments and/or general knowledge of health insurance is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Managing incoming calls and scheduling and confirming appointments. Verifying insurance and collecting payments. Processing client intakes and managing client account info. maintaining client medical records in both electronic and paper format including various verbal and written correspondence. Tracking various information for obtaining and completing time sensitive documents. Completing various tasks as needed, such as, performing research, running reports, generating correspondence, etc. Assisting the Center Coordinator with tasks as needed. Qualifications Good skills in typing, organization, and communication. Basic computer knowledge and navigation skills. Good knowledge and skills in Word, Excel, and Email.
