Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Check patients out schedule testing Skills
• Experience working at the front desk or in an administrative role
• Proficient in typing and computer literacy
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is advantageous
• Familiarity with office management software systems
