Front Desk Receptionist

Private Optometrist Office in the Gilbert area is looking for a Front Desk receptionist to join our team (WILL TRAIN) Applicant must be available to work Monday through Thursday 7:45-4:45, and Fridays from 7:45-3:00. Our office is closed on weekends. Our office is looking for an individual that possesses the following qualities: Outgoing,Bubbly, and friendly personality Wears a smile Dependable Professional look and attitude Works well within a team environment, as well as independently Computer literate Organizational skills Job functions may include but are not limited to: Greet patients and other visitors when they arrive Verifying insurance Answer patient questions and provide assistance when necessary Distribute forms and paperwork to patients and check them over to ensure that required fields are completed properly Collect co-pays Handing out glasses and contacts Field phone calls and respond to emails Manage inventory of necessary office supplies and coordinate reordering Applicant must be a versatile multi-tasker, efficient problem solver and overall productive person, and most importantly, always keeping our patients as your #1 priority.
