Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Greet Visitors:
Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Answer and Route Calls:
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.

Route calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Take messages and convey them accurately.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule appointments and meetings for employees and clients. Coordinate meeting room bookings.
Administrative Support:
Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry and photocopying. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain office supplies and reorder when necessary.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers. Address inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources.
Security:
Monitor and control access to the premises by issuing visitor badges and verifying identification when necessary. Notify appropriate personnel of security or safety issues.
