Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and assist visitors and clients; manage front desk communications professionally. Answer and route phone calls and emails using appropriate tools (voicemail, cell phone, email). Maintain a clean and organized reception and office space. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages; track shipments and maintain delivery logs. Coordinate and support onboarding processes; prepare new hire documents and packets. Create and maintain job documents (physical and digital); assist with filing and recordkeeping. Monitor office and shop supplies; place orders as needed. Report facility or maintenance issues and coordinate with janitorial or property services. Support special administrative projects and assigned tasks.
Set schedule:
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist. Bilingual preferred. Valid driver's license. Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills. Proficiency in typing and data entry, with a strong attention to detail. Familiarity with calendar management tools and office software applications. Ability to maintain professionalism while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
