Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role involves managing client communication, handling phone inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong computer literacy, proficiency with productivity software, and technical skills necessary to support daily administrative operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and handle messages efficiently Communicate effectively with clients through various channels to address their needs Perform word processing tasks, including drafting correspondence and maintaining records Utilize productivity software to organize schedules, manage appointments, and support administrative functions Demonstrate technical proficiency with office equipment and computer systems to troubleshoot basic issues when needed Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a positive first impression Support other administrative tasks as required to ensure efficient front desk operations Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or front desk reception preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Technical proficiency with office equipment and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly, approachable attitude Reliable punctuality and strong organizational skills This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, possess strong technical skills, and are committed to providing outstanding customer service.
