With nearly a decade of experience in naturopathic endocrinology, Dr. Khoshaba focuses on addressing the root causes of illness while considering physical, mental, emotional, genetic, and environmental factors. Based in Scottsdale, AZ, the practice is dedicated to empowering patients and communities to achieve optimal wellness through personalized healthcare. Role :
We're looking for a professional, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our clinic team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, this role plays an important part in creating a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience within our clinic. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable communicating with patients and staff, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Answering phone calls, patient portal messages, and emails professionally ✅ Managing appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and daily schedule preparation ✅ Handling patient check-in and check-out processes ✅ Verifying patient consents, lab results, and appointment documents ✅ Supporting patient billing, refunds, and billing-related questions ✅ Managing tasks and patient records through the ChARM EHR system ✅ Assisting patients and staff with portal or scheduling system questions ✅ Maintaining organized clinic SOPs and administrative documentation ✅ Tracking inventory, specialty test kits, and office supplies ✅ Helping coordinate schedule blocks, holidays, and non-working times ✅ Supporting the healthcare team with daily administrative operations
Qualifications:
✔ Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in communicating with patients and staff ✔ Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills ✔ Experience with appointment scheduling and calendar management ✔ Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred ✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ✔ Customer-focused mindset with the ability to multitask efficiently ✔ Proficiency with standard office software and systems ✔ Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus We're looking for someone who is reliable, respectful, proactive, and committed to helping create a smooth and positive experience for both patients and the clinic team.
