Job Description
About the Role You're the first impression, the calm center of the Club, and the person who makes everything feel seamless. You'll manage the front desk, prepare meeting spaces, support member requests, and help bring events to life. Your presence sets the tone for the entire experience. What You'll Do Front Desk, Hospitality & Daily Flow Welcome members with genuine warmth and a polished, professional presence Maintain a clean, elevated, always‑guest‑ready front‑of‑house Replenish coffee, beverages, and amenity stations throughout the day Order and maintain member‑preference snacks and beverages, ensuring favorites are stocked and ready Clean, reset, and prepare meeting rooms and shared spaces Order lunch or refreshments for members and ensure smooth, timely delivery Open or close the Club following established procedures Support the Member Experience Manager (MEM) with administrative tasks and daily operations Concierge‑Style Member Support Respond to member app activity, bookings, and inquiries with speed and care Prepare for member arrivals by ensuring amenities, workspaces, and special requests are ready Deliver anticipatory service that feels personal and thoughtful Meeting & Event Experience Set up meeting rooms based on booking notes, member preferences, and event needs Ensure all meeting and event spaces are stocked, polished, and guest‑ready (water, coffee, supplies, tech) Assist with Club events and private member events — setup, guest flow, service, and breakdown Prepare event materials such as signage, guest lists, name tags, and setup notes Monitor meeting and event spaces throughout the day for cleanliness, replenishment, and presentation Support post‑event tasks including attendance tracking, documentation, and member feedback notes Perform additional tasks and special assignments as directed by the Member Experience Manager to support the overall operation and member experience Who You Are Warm, polished, and naturally hospitality‑minded A strong communicator who stays composed and confident in fast‑moving environments Detail‑oriented with an eye for presentation and a love for creating order Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently Someone who takes pride in crafting elevated, memorable experiences Experience & Skills Experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or luxury service environments preferred Strong communication and multitasking abilities Proficiency with administrative tools, digital platforms, and shared calendars Comfort supporting events, meeting setups, and member‑facing experiences
