What You'll Do Every Day (4x10 Shifts) You'll work full-time on a 4×10 schedule, which includes weekends. Greet every client and their furry companions with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and a big smile — making them feel instantly at home.

Manage a lively front desk:

schedule appointments, handle check-ins & check-outs, answer multi-line phones, and efficiently triage client needs. Stay sharp on the computer — use veterinary management software (we'll train you!), maintain accurate records, process payments, and keep everything organized. Communicate kindly and clearly between clients, veterinarians, technicians, boarding staff, and doggie daycamp team to ensure seamless care. Keep the reception area spotless, inviting, and pet-friendly to maintain that special "Village Vet" atmosphere. Share information about our services, wellness plans, boarding, doggie daycamp, and promotions to enhance every client's experience. Who We're Looking For We want someone who is naturally personable, upbeat, and smiley — a true greeter who puts both people and pets at ease right away. Previous veterinary, medical, or high-volume customer service experience is strongly preferred. Excellent computer skills (comfortable with Microsoft Office/email and quick to learn new software). Ability to multitask, stay positive, and keep a great attitude in a busy, energetic environment. High school diploma or equivalent. True passion for animals and a collaborative team player.
