AZ Pain Doctors - Sun City West (Front Desk Associate) Job Type Full-time Description We are an established and growing comprehensive interventional pain management practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team-oriented setting. The ideal candidate is personable, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently while creating a welcoming experience for patients. Position Responsibilities Greet all patients warmly upon arrival with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately. Verify and update patient demographic information in ECW, maintaining a daily accuracy rate of 97-99%. Communicate delays to patients promptly, providing clear updates on wait times. Facilitate clear and timely communication between patients, providers, medical assistants, and clinic staff. Respond to patient inquiries and provide assistance as needed. Maintain a clean, organized lobby and ensure supplies are fully stocked. Prepare all necessary materials and documentation for the following day's schedule. Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles at the time of service in accordance with office policies. Schedule follow-up appointments, including outstanding services and 30-day medication refill visits, during check-in and check-out. Manage and reconcile the cash box, including opening and closing procedures. Accurately capture and document services ordered, achieving a minimum daily completion rate of 70%. Perform opening and closing office duties as assigned. Update appointment statuses in ECW by the close of each business day. Contact no-show patients within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time. Submit and manage task messages related to authorizations, closing processes, and provider tracking. Ensure all task messages are updated and completed by assigned deadlines.
Requirements:
Equivalent of a High School Education required EMR experience required Medical Office experience required
