Job Description

You are a reliable, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist with at least 2 years of reception, clerical, or data entry experience. You have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
THIS POSITION PAYS
$27.50-$30.00 per hour , depending on experience.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
First 30
Days:
Manage the company's call queue using Microsoft Teams Review inbound faxes and route them to the appropriate department Provide administrative support for company mailing and shipping needs Order, maintain, and stock office, kitchen, and snack supplies After 30
Days or When Ready:
Create, edit, maintain, and upload information using Yodeck Software Update Facility/Administration content on the company Intranet Order BETA employee ID cards and ship them to employees Assist with building maintenance needs as requested Provide backup support to the Director of Facilities Handle additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of reception, clerical, or data entry experience Strong commitment to customer service Ability to decipher handwriting and accurately proofread documents Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Professional, dependable, and positive attitude Ability to learn new software and administrative systems quickly To learn more about the workplace culture and the position, please apply!
