Job Description

Pacific Staffing is carrying out a search for a reputable Sacramento-based organization to find a reliable, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to support daily front-office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with professionalism, and brings strong attention to detail to every task. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for callers and visitors, manage administrative workflows, and support Facilities and Administration functions. The ideal candidate will have Receptionist or Front Desk experience, is dependable, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with accuracy and a positive attitude.

Location:
Alamo, CA. 100% onsite 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities Manage front-office operations including Teams call queue, inbound fax routing, shipping coordination, and office supply inventoryProvide administrative support across Facilities and Administration, ensuring accurate updates to intranet content and internal communicationsCreate, edit, and maintain digital signage and content using cloud-based softwareAssist with building maintenance needs and serve as backup support to the Director of FacilitiesProcess employee ID card requests, maintain documentation accuracy, and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED, plus 2+ years of reception, clerical, or data entry experienceStrong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to proofread, decipher handwriting, and maintain accuracy in all documentationHighly organized, detail-focused, and able to work independently while exercising sound judgmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
