The Carlton is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team! Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with a high level of service. Resolve guest issues and concerns promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Nice to Haves Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. We look forward to meeting you!
