Job Description

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Provide accurate information to callers and assist with their inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple doctors
  • Check patients in, input patient and insurance information into EHR
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, search for and obtain vision benefits
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, data entry, emails and scanning
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Typing skills with the ability to demonstrate accurate documentation
  • Interpersonal skills to get along with staff, doctors, and patients
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple doctors
  • Check patients in, input patient and insurance information into EHR
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, search for and obtain vision benefits
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, data entry, emails and scanning Bilingual and EHR experience a plus.
Willing to train a highly motivated candidate.
