Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide accurate information to callers and assist with their inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple doctors
- Check patients in, input patient and insurance information into EHR
- Schedule and confirm appointments, search for and obtain vision benefits
- Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, data entry, emails and scanning
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Typing skills with the ability to demonstrate accurate documentation
- Interpersonal skills to get along with staff, doctors, and patients
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple doctors
- Check patients in, input patient and insurance information into EHR
- Schedule and confirm appointments, search for and obtain vision benefits
- Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, data entry, emails and scanning Bilingual and EHR experience a plus.
