As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, the Receptionist plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience while providing administrative support in a fast-paced automotive environment. Essential Job Duties Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally. Determine customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department or team member. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, copying, scanning, and document preparation. Assist the sales, service, and management teams with clerical and administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and general office equipment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
