Front Desk Receptionist Henley Style Pet Grooming Henley Style Pet Grooming is a Japandi-inspired, boutique dog grooming salon focused on calm energy, thoughtful service, and elevated client experience. We are looking for a professional, reliable, and composed Front Desk Receptionist who can confidently manage a fast-paced salon environment while providing warm, polished customer service. Position Details Part-time 8+ hours per week Weekend or Sunday availability required In-person position Responsibilities Greet clients and pets with professionalism and warmth Check in and check out 25 -50 clients per shift Accurately process payments and explain services and pricing Manage appointments, schedules, and daily flow at the front desk Communicate clearly with groomers and management Navigate client concerns or difficult situations calmly and respectfully Maintain a clean, organized, and serene front desk area Uphold Henley Style's brand standards and salon policies Qualifications Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Comfortable handling high-volume client flow Strong communication and problem-solving skills Calm under pressure and able to de-escalate tense situations Detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable Professional appearance and demeanor Love for dogs is a must Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Thrives in a structured but fast-paced environment Can balance empathy with firm boundaries Represents a luxury brand with grace and confidence Understands that the front desk sets the tone for the entire salon Why Henley Style?
