Veterinary Receptionist Join Our Growing Team in Calabasas! Are you an experienced veterinary receptionist who enjoys providing exceptional client service and being part of a collaborative, supportive team? We are looking for a reliable, professional, and compassionate individual to join our state-of-the-art veterinary hospital in Calabasas. Our hospital offers a unique combination of General Practice, Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Cardiology , allowing our team members to work in a dynamic environment with a diverse range of cases. As we continue to grow, we are seeking positive, motivated individuals who share our commitment to outstanding patient care and client service. We pride ourselves on maintaining a family-oriented culture where team members are respected, supported, and encouraged to grow professionally.

Responsibilities:
Greet clients and patients with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments and manage hospital communications Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously Process payments and maintain accurate client records Assist with client education and follow-up communications Coordinate with doctors and technical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Qualifications:
Previous veterinary reception experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Experience with EzyVet veterinary software is preferred Knowledge of veterinary terminology is preferred
