Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Provide information about amenities, services, and programming. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner. Process payments accurately. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues promptly. Assist in organizing events or activities for guests as needed. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance guest experience. Skills Strong background in customer service with a focus on hospitality. Excellent public speaking abilities to communicate effectively with guests. Experience in childcare and food service is a plus, enhancing the overall guest dining experience. Knowledge of hotel operations or events management is beneficial.
