Job Description

PEL Learning Castro Valley is looking for a Front Desk Staff member to be the first friendly face our students and families see when they walk through our doors. As the Front Desk Staff, you'll play a key role in ensuring our center runs smoothly by greeting families, supporting daily operations, and helping create an exceptional experience for every student. About PEL Learning PEL Learning is an individualized learning center dedicated to helping students develop strong academic foundations and become confident, independent learners. We believe every child can succeed with the right support, encouragement, and learning environment. What You'll Do Welcome students and families with a warm, professional attitude. Check students in and collect homework upon arrival Schedule assessments, and student appointments. Assist with enrollment paperwork and maintain accurate student records. Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and inviting. Prepare learning materials and assist instructors with administrative tasks. Monitor the center to ensure students transition smoothly between activities. Support center managers with daily operations and special projects as needed.
