Description Seeking for an enthusiastic full-time person for our Receptionist opening. Responsible for relaying telephone calls Greeting visitors in a professional manner and performing various clerical duties. Answers multi-telephone system; takes accurate messages and transfers telephone calls to the appropriate person of their arrival. Separates invoices daily, stuff envelopes, opens and distributes mail, prepares outgoing mail using postage meter. Conducts inventory of office supplies and orders supplies that are needed. Collects cash, credit cards, and checks from client/customer. Maintains a professional working relationship with fellow employees. Works well and efficiently under minimal supervision. Always displays a positive attitude and professionalism.
