Job Description:

As the Receptionist at Jessee Heating & Air Conditioning , you'll be the first person our customers see and hear. Your role will be vital in making sure every client feels welcomed, informed, and cared for. You'll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a crucial role in keeping our office organized, supporting the team, and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

Be the first point of contact : Answering calls and greeting customers with a warm smile and positive energy. Coordinate appointments : Be a back-up to our dispatch team, scheduling appointments when necessary Keep things organized : Maintain the reception area, file and update customer records, and manage incoming and outgoing mail. Assist customers : Answer service-related questions and make sure every customer gets the info they need. Support the team : Help with office tasks like filing, data entry, and general administrative duties to keep things running efficiently. Be the heart of the office : Create a welcoming environment that sets the tone for every customer interaction.

What We're Looking For:

High School diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a bonus) Customer service experience (HVAC experience is a plus, but not required!) Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Attention to detail and a passion for keeping things running smoothly Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service Perks of Working with
