Job Description

Pacific Staffing is recruiting a Receptionist for our client in Clearlake, CA. The Receptionist is responsible for providing front-office support, resident assistance, calendar management, rent collection, and administrative duties for a residential community. This part-time role is an immediate need and expected to last a minimum of 3 months. The ideal candidate will have professional office receptionist/administrative experience, exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and strong technical skills (MS Office Suite).
Pay:
$29/hourMon-Fri, 9:00am-2:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as receptionist: greet visitors, answer phones, and assist residents.

Maintain master calendar, resident logs, lists, and directories.

Monitor office supply inventory and operate office equipment.

Write and distribute monthly newsletters and calendars.

Respond to emergency calls and notify staff as needed.

Assist with resident activities and run occasional errands.

Receive monthly rents, prepare deposits, and maintain records.

Keep common areas tidy and complete assigned administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
2 years of receptionist or administrative experience in an office environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Strong administrative and customer-service skills.

Ability to manage calendars, records, and front-desk operations.

Comfortable working with residents, visitors, and staff.

Reliable, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
