Monday throughFriday Starting Pay Range:
$27 to $29 per hourWhat You'll Do:
Answer incoming calls and greet/assist visitors Monitor and respond to shared inboxes and general inquiries Provide daily administrative support (printing, requests, troubleshooting) Maintain organized files, records, and document systems Large print/lamination projects Prepare and distribute training materials and meeting documentation Support company events and special projects Process and manage invoices Support Accounts Payable (check processing, tracking, supply ordering) Complete expense reports and assist with financial tracking Assist with onboarding tools, access, and operational needs Maintain accurate community and manager records Post updates, announcements, and recognition on internal platforms Support company programs and events Coordinate materials, logistics, and execution of special projectsQualifications:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements One to three years of related experience and/or training. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members. Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems.Similar remote jobs
