Full-Time, Temporary (Approximately 7-8 Months) We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) to join our team in Corona, CA for a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 7-8 months . The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily front office and administrative operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet all visitors with a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Ensure proper visitor check-in procedures, including sign-in logs, required documentation, and company policies. Answer and direct incoming phone calls with excellent telephone etiquette. Take accurate messages and promptly notify the appropriate team members. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars and meeting rooms. Coordinate conference room meetings, including refreshments and meeting support as needed. Perform general clerical duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and maintaining records. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Prepare daily and weekly attendance reports. File and maintain confidential employee and HR records. Support document retention and administrative projects. Coordinate questions and requests with the appropriate departments. Address customer concerns professionally or escalate them when necessary. Perform additional administrative and HR support duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday. Frequent use of hands for typing, filing, and handling office equipment. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone.
