Never a dull moment in this part-time position that offers a variety of tasks for a hard-working individual with multi-tasking ability and time management skills. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reception desk, including answering the main phone lines and greeting clients. Receive and process payments. Ensure a tidy, organized and welcoming environment. Order and stock office supplies. Professional and personable phone skills. Assist with data entry and payment postings. Perform other clerical tasks as needed/requested.
Minimum Requirements:
2 years of administrative experience preferred. Admin experience in a medical facility preferred. Basic Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Database Entry. Friendly, professional representative of our office with excellent phone and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Discretion and confidentiality must be maintained at all times. Must be at least 18 years old. A background check is required prior to hire.
Compensation:
$20 to $23 per hour depending on experience.
