In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help coordinate appointments, manage patient records, and facilitate seamless communication between patients and our clinical staff. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their appointment details, and assist with check-in procedures using Dentrix. Schedule appointments efficiently, manage cancellations, coordinate follow-up visits, create treatment plans. Verify insurance coverage and benefits and explain coverage details to patients clearly. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records by reviewing documentation for completeness and ensuring adherence to clinical confidentiality policies. Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, providing excellent patient service while managing appointment scheduling and inquiries with proper phone etiquette. Administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, etc. Skills Proven experience in a dental front desk role with strong knowledge of dental terminology. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in bilingual (English/Chinese) settings. Previous dental office experience is highly preferred; familiarity with dental office software like Dentrix or Eaglesoft is a plus. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and clinical confidentiality policies.
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
