Our team focuses on building long-term relationships with clients while delivering high-quality, compassionate care to pets at every stage of life. Position Overview We are looking for a dependable and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. In a general practice setting, you'll help manage a steady flow of wellness visits, vaccinations, and routine medical cases while ensuring each client feels welcomed and supported.
