Job Description
Job Summary A professional office in the insurance and benefits administration industry is seeking an experienced Receptionist
- Bilingual Spanish for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Fremont, CA.
- Answer, screen, and forward calls using a multi-line phone system while maintaining a courteous and professional tone.
- Greet visiting clients, guests, and employees and provide a positive front desk experience.
- Provide administrative support including copying, scanning, document handling, and high-volume mailings.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, UPS shipments, deliveries, and office supply inventory.
- Operate and coordinate maintenance for office equipment, including service calls as needed.
- Help maintain an organized office environment, including common areas and kitchen organization. Compensation and Benefits

Fremont, CA. Required Qualifications and Skills- Manage front desk reception, visitor greeting, and multi-line phone coverage.
- Support daily administrative tasks, document handling, mail processing, and office organization.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment needs, shipments, deliveries, and high-volume mailing projects.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and reliable office presence in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of receptionist or administrative office experience required.
- Bilingual Spanish communication skills required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong people skills with a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to organize work, set priorities, multitask, and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to evaluate and prioritize calls, use independent judgment, and take appropriate action.
- Positive team player with a motivated, self-starting approach.
- Proven excellence in attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
- Able to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional attitude.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, use a keyboard, view a computer screen, and operate telephone equipment.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, benefits administration, third-party administration, healthcare benefits, or union health and welfare environments.
- Prior experience handling high-volume mailings, UPS shipments, office supply coordination, or mailroom-related duties.
- Forward-thinking, outgoing personality with a strong commitment to customer service and office professionalism.
