Recover Lab is a recovery and longevity clinic where hands-on care, advanced recovery technology, and expert guidance come together to help people move better, feel better, and live fully . We work with a wide range of clients, from active agers, multi tasking parents to busy professionals, retirees, first responders, and individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic pain. Our approach is proactive and science-forward. Through 1:1 recovery sessions, OmniWave Therapy, and our Recovery Room, we help clients take care of their bodies before small problems become bigger ones. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, people-focused Front Desk Representative who wants to be part of building something special. The Opportunity As the Front Desk Representative, you will be one of the first faces our clients see and an important part of their Recover Lab experience. You will help create an environment that is welcoming, organized, professional, and focused on helping every client get the most out of their time with us. What You'll Do Client Experience Welcome every client with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Create a positive, welcoming environment from the moment clients walk through the door. Build genuine relationships with clients and get to know our members. Answer questions about Recover Lab's services, memberships, and recovery offerings. Help clients understand their next steps and ensure they have a smooth experience. Respond to client questions and requests in person, by phone, text, and email. Handle client concerns with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented attitude. Scheduling & Front Desk Operations Schedule and manage client appointments. Check clients in and out efficiently. Manage the daily front desk schedule and help keep the lab running smoothly. Assist with membership and package questions. Process payments and maintain accurate client information. Keep the front desk and common areas clean, organized, and welcoming. Communicate effectively with Recovery Specialists and other team members regarding client needs and scheduling. Supporting Business Growth Learn Recover Lab's services and confidently communicate the value of what we offer. Identify opportunities to introduce clients to services, memberships, and treatments that may benefit them. Help with follow-up and client retention efforts. Encourage clients to stay consistent with their recovery and wellness goals. Support promotions, events, outreach, and other initiatives that help grow Recover Lab. Look for ways to improve the client experience and make Recover Lab better. Team Contribution Be a dependable, positive, and engaged member of the Recover Lab team. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, fitness, wellness, or a front-desk environment is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable learning and using scheduling, point-of-sale, and client management software. Comfortable talking with clients about services and memberships. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout the day. Must be comfortable working independently while also being an active member of a team. Most importantly, we're looking for the right person, not just the right resume. Schedule Part-time:

approximately 20-30 hours per week Availability during Recover Lab's operating hours is required. Every-other-Saturday availability is strongly preferred for front desk coverage. Schedule will be determined based on business needs and candidate availability. Current clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM-3:00 PM.
