As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive, can-do attitude who is comfortable assisting employees, handling office requests, and jumping in wherever needed.
REQUIRED
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Maintain a thorough and accurate call log when receiving and transferring calls. Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, scanning and uploading mail, document organization, and inventory tracking. Receive, coordinate, and assist with employee requests and day-to-day office needs. Assist with general office management tasks, including supplies, equipment, workspace needs, building requests, and office organization. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and common area. Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence as needed. Support management and office staff with miscellaneous administrative tasks, projects, and operational needs. Help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the day.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Positive, professional demeanor with a proactive, can-do attitude. Previous receptionist or front desk experience, preferably in a law firm or professional office setting. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize and respond to employee and office requests efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Dependable, resourceful, and willing to take initiative.
