Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience as a professional receptionist and administrative assistant. Ideal candidate must be friendly, professional, thorough, and extremely organized. Individual must be able to work independently and diligently with little errors and laser focus on deatils. Must be punctual, use proper grammar, and speak proper English, Armenian speaker is a plus. The ideal candidate is looking for a stable long term engagement, we don't have too much turn over in our office. Duties include but not limited to: Greeting Clients Answering phones & taking messages, Scanning, faxing and filing confidential paperwork. Maintain Officer's Calendar, Update and Manage business databases. Keep office area clean, and organized Prepare Correspondences Mailing documents.
Skills Required:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant. Excellent written and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and other Basic Web based operating systems. Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred but will train the proper candidate. Assist Officer in various non-business charitable projects Salary may be negotiated upon experience.Job Type:
