Lush Beauty Lounge is a modern, welcoming salon dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. We pride ourselves on creating a relaxing and luxurious experience — and it all starts at the front desk. We're currently looking for a Receptionist who is enthusiastic, organized, and passionate about customer service to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Handle retail sales and process payments at the register Assist the salon team with day-to-day operations Maintain a clean and inviting front desk area

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with salon booking systems is a plus Reliable, punctual, and a team player
