We're looking for a friendly, professional, approachable, and motivated individual to join our gym team as a Front Desk / Club Staff Member. This position is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, creating a welcoming environment, and being part of a fitness community. What You'll Do Welcome, greet, and check in members and guests with a positive attitude Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience Help members with questions and general account needs Update and maintain member account information using computer systems Make professional outbound calls to members regarding delinquent or past-due accounts Assist with day-to-day club operations and keep the front desk organized Communicate professionally with members, guests, and fellow team members Help create an energetic, positive, and motivating atmosphere throughout the club
