This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, has excellent communication skills, and is also comfortable with social media and creating simple content for our practice.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting patients at the front desk Answering phone calls, texts, and scheduling appointments Helping with patient flow and day-to-day clinic operations Providing excellent customer service and follow-up Assisting with Instagram and other social media accounts Creating and posting simple social media content, including photos, videos, Reels, and promotions Helping with general administrative and marketing tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with patients Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using Instagram and other social media platforms Experience with content creation is a plus Medical spa, aesthetic, or healthcare office experience is preferred but not required Korean-speaking strongly preferred , as we have many Korean-speaking patients English proficiency required, Chinese speaking is plus.
