Location :
Irvine, CA Position Summary The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the company and provides professional front desk coverage and administrative support to employees, visitors, vendors, and clients. This position is responsible for maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment, managing incoming calls and correspondence, coordinating meetings and conference rooms, and assisting various departments with administrative needs. Responsibilities Front Desk & Visitor Management Provide continuous front desk coverage during regular business hours. Greet and professionally assist visitors, vendors, clients, and employees. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and messages. Maintain front desk and visitor areas in a clean, organized, and professional manner. Coordinate visitor access and help maintain office security. Office & Facilities Support Prepare conference rooms and common areas for meetings and events. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, break room, and common areas. Monitor and replenish coffee, kitchen, and office supplies. Order office supplies and maintain inventory of the supply room. Coordinate lunch and catering arrangements for meetings and company events. Run occasional office errands, including purchasing supplies and delivering mail or documents. Mail & Correspondence Receive, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence. Coordinate courier services and outgoing shipments. Prepare and distribute correspondence to appropriate departments and personnel. Prepare and compose routine and confidential correspondence as needed. Administrative Support Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms. Maintain office filing systems and administrative records. Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed travel itineraries. Provide administrative and clerical support to Human Resources, Payroll, IT, Estimating, and other departments as needed. Coordinate and support company events, meetings, and employee activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation. 3+ years of administrative assistant experience, preferably in a client-facing role. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, Power point, and Outlook. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude. Compensation:
The hourly rate being offered for this position is USD $25.00 to USD $33.00. Please note that the salary range listed is specific to the role listed in California. Salary rates may vary for different individuals in the same role based on various factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, and performance.

Qualifications:
