Receptionist / Front

Desk Coordinator We are currently seeking a professional, organized, and personable Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for our office. In this role, you will work closely with the Principals, Office Manager, and Coordinators to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic and fast-paced workplace. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence. Coordinate and maintain calendars, meetings, and appointments. Provide administrative and clerical support to office Refill and stock office supplies Update inventory list and other spreadsheets as required Maintain supply room organized File documents Assist with general office organization and day-to-day administrative tasks. Help ensure the front desk and common office areas remain organized and welcoming. Take on additional office-related responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and proactive , with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Because this is a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, stay organized, and remain composed under pressure is essential.
