Job Description
RISE Physical Therapy is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist! At RISE our goal is to offer our patients an exceptional experience of 1-on-1 physical therapy. Our front office team is the first impression of the company and a key component to making RISE a welcoming environment. We are a fast-paced, energetic medical office looking for enthusiastic, flexible individuals to join an amazing team who work together to get the job done! Teamwork makes the dream work! Medical and Front Office experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual for the position. This is an entry level position with room for growth. A great opportunity for someone looking for a career in healthcare. If you are willing to learn, we are ready to teach you! Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Provide exceptional customer service Must be dependable Must be a team player Schedule patients, both new and current, daily Respond to calls and emails in a timely fashion Communicate about scheduling, patient information, billing, etc. Create new patient files updating any existing patient file as needed Call insurance companies for insurance verification, as needed Scan all patient forms, IDs and Insurance Cards into their charts for proper record keeping Check-in patients and collect copays at the time of visit Complete daily and weekly checklists to be submitted by given deadlines Order supplies, as needed, for Physical Therapists and front desk Multitasking is key to ensure projects are prioritized according to need and importance Open to taking direction and pitching-in where and when needed
