We are a School Picture Company servicing grades K-12 throughout Orange County, with our studio locations specializing in high school senior portraits. Our team is dedicated to providing a fun, professional, and memorable experience for every student who walks through our doors.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a friendly, organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet students and families with a warm, professional attitude Answer phone calls, general questions, and assist with appointment scheduling Check clients in and out for their portrait sessions Handle basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, order processing) Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area Assist photographers and staff with day-to-day studio operations

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Bonus Skills (Not Required): Interest in photography or creative environments Experience working with families or a school-related setting

Schedule:

Shifts range Mondays-Saturdays Looking for candidates with flexible availability during peak senior portrait season
