Responsibilities include:

Welcoming patients with your sparkling personality Scheduling appointments with ease Answering patient inquiries and insurance queries with confidence Helping patients plan their treatments Responding to referring doctors and businesses Collecting copayments and confirming appointments Promoting internal marketing and seeking referrals & new patients Maintaining a neat and tidy reception area

Qualifications:

Good communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Basic computer skills like Google docs, Microsoft office, Excel, Google sheets, Browsing internet sites for insurances, patient communications Previous dental experience is a plus Knowhow of PMS software like Open Dental, Dentrix, Softdent, Eaglesoft is plus Basic knowledge of treatment planning is plus Knowledge on Modento, Flex, or YAPI is a plus We are an established practice with a prime location on a busy street.
