The RV park was designed with the big rig RV traveler in mind, including wide paved roads, concrete pads, full hookups and more! We've received top campground ratings from Good Sam for years. In the course of the day, answer phones, take reservations, process club requests and deposits, email reservations acknowledging request. Interact with guests about any concerns they might have such as connecting to WIFI and cable. Give directions to guests according to their needs. Check in or register new guests, give directions to assigned sites. Ring up cash and credit card transactions. Load laundry cards. Order office supplies, receive orders and put in system, price items and set out for display. Watch pool and spa area, monitor vehicle parking. Assist guests at site with minor problems. Prepare mail for pick-up and process any mail that is received. Contact guests about any mail or packages that they have had delivered. Stock camp store and snack food areas, rearrange and dust shelves; perform periodic inventories. Print, perforate and assemble welcome packets for new guests.
