Front Desk Staff C Dental Lomita, CA Job Details Full-time $25.16 - $30.29 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Spanish Dental receptionist English Medical scheduling Managing patient records Full Job Description Dental Front Desk / Receptionist - Norwalk & Lomita 4 Days Per Week | Must Be Willing to Travel Between Locations Overview We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Dental Front Desk / Receptionist to join our team. This is one position that will work between our Norwalk and Lomita dental offices. We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable traveling between both locations depending on the weekly schedule and needs of each office. The position is approximately 4 days per week , with days split between our Norwalk and Lomita locations . Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify insurance and patient information Collect payments and assist with basic financial arrangements Maintain accurate patient records and data entry Help keep the front desk organized and running efficiently Communicate with doctors, assistants, managers, and other team members Provide excellent customer service and a positive patient experience Work at both the Norwalk and Lomita locations as scheduled Qualifications Must be willing and able to travel between Norwalk and Lomita Dental front-office experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional and friendly phone etiquette Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable with computers and dental scheduling software Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
