Busy Exotic Veterinary Hospital seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We are open every day until 10pm and located near CSULB. We work with school schedules and support team members looking to get into the Veterinary Field. We are looking to hire for night and weekend shifts once trained, training is during the day shifts. Duties:

• Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Assist with medical record keeping and data entry
• Handle payments and billing for services rendered
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Experience:

• Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting not needed.
