Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist

Den Mother is a healing house and social space bringing slow medicine to the face-paced lives of today. Our offerings include Japanese Acupuncture, Chinese Reflexology, Botanical Facials, a sauna/cold plunge, and Massage. These services are paired with a wellness apothecary and outdoor garden dining where we offer small vegan plates, wellness elixirs, tea and natural wines. Den Mother is a unique healing house where guests come in for a service, but are encouraged to then stay to enjoy the rest of what we have to offer. Den Mother is seeking experienced guest services staff to work together to provide a warm and welcoming experience to our guests. Depending on your interests and skill you can be assigned to work at our front desk or as a server in our outdoor gardens. Opportunity to advance to Manager on Duty role. Front of House Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Greeting guests and customers into the center and/or retail space Having a detailed understanding of our service offerings and the ability to walk guests through these offerings Appointment scheduling Ability to use point of sale as well as scheduling platforms Maintaining a clean and well stocked apothecary Educating guests on our apothecary offerings, as well as retail products utilizing training materials provided by Den Mother Food and Beverage Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Overseeing guest food and beverage needs after their spa services in our garden spaces Taking Food and Drink orders using Toast terminal Prepping small plates of food Serving natural wines, beer, teas, coffee lattes, alternating snacks and small plates General station preparation: stocking necessary ingredients, dish wash, utensils etc General cleanup and closing duties of patio space and bar This job is best suited for individuals who have a passion for the wellness space combined with any of the below experience: Hospitality Experience Receptionist Experience Server Experience focused in natural wines and tea
