This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing warm hospitality, efficient check-in/check-out service, and prompt support throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using the hotel's property management system Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Process payments and issue room keys Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction Perform daily audit and reporting tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail Proficient with computers; experience with hotel software is a plus Must be reliable, punctual, and have a professional appearance Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts Why Join Us?
