Receptionist - FT - Modesto Radiology Imaging

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our front office team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, playing a vital role in delivering a warm, efficient, and organized patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately Check-in and check-out patients, ensuring accuracy in demographic and insurance information Collect co-pays and process payments Coordinate with clinical and surgical teams to support smooth patient flow Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Previous experience as a medical receptionist required Demonstrated reliability and longevity in past employment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills
